Learn about what Reiki is, it’s history, the positions and how to apply Reiki for yourself and those around you. Gain a thorough understanding of your energetic anatomy and the various laws of energy within our world and journey.

Reiki is a Japanese technique that allows for stress reduction and promotes healing. By activating the natural healing processes and innate wisdom of the body Reiki restores physical and emotional well-being. By using hands on healing to clear, energise and restore balance to the body and its many systems and extending out into the greater environmental energy fields- this system is based on the underlying principle that life force energy flows through us. If our energy force is low, then we are more susceptible to illness and stress. When this is high and vibrant, we are more capable of being healthy and happy.

 

Usui Reiki is taught in three levels over a period of time to allow the student sufficient space to become familiar with the technique as well as allowing the body time and nurturing to integrate the activated healing energies over the course of the 21 to 28 days following the attunement received .

Level One is taught across one day. This may be carried out one on one with me or in small groups.

 

 

What you will be equipped with:

 

* An introduction to the history of Dr. Mikao Usui – the founder of the Usui Reiki System

* Learn the Reiki hands-on healing techniques

* Learn the various hand positions and sequence for the human body, as well as plants and animals

* Be introduced to self-healing tools

* Discover the principles of the Reiki System

You will be initiated into the Reiki and so will be strongly in contact with the Universal Life Force Energy through your specifically activated healing channel. This will in turn flow on powerfully through your initiated hands. Of course, you will also be equipped with instruction in the application of Reiki and how to use your hands for yourself and others in order to allow an optimal flow of Reiki.

You will learn that YOU are a channel of the Reiki, for the Universal Life Energy that flows through you from the highest divine source.

In this First Degree of Usui Reiki you will receive:

 

* A comprehensive Manual

* 4 Reiki Attunements

* Certificate of your completion of “Reiki Level 1 Practitioner”

Completion of this First Degree will allow you to practice Reiki on yourself, family and friends and to further gain experience in healing those that surround you.
